How do you make your candles black?
We use a candle dye! Safe to burn of course and sourced from Australian companies only.

How can I stock your products in our stores?

What are the shipping options?
We currently offer standard shipping only. We do offer pick up from Ormeau though. If you require your order in a hurry, you can email us at hannah@sageandi.com and we can this out for you.

Do you ship internationally?
At this moment, no. We will be looking at this in the future however.

When will I receive my order?
Your order will be shipped 1-2 business days from purchase. If ordered in peak season, please allow more time for your order to be sent as they are handmade and require time to set before shipping is possible.

What do I do if I never received my order?

What do I do if I received a defective order?
Please email us at hannah@sageandi.com along with a photo/video of the problem.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Simply email us at hannah@sageandi.com with your order number and we can amend your order.

Where are you located?
We are located in the sunny Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia.

How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
Our wax is made of a soy coconut wax blend. We source all of our ingredients and products from Australia only.
